StagStudioUk Payment Terms
We require a £50.00 deposit to secure your booking, with full payment being received 48 hours before you check in.
We will then send you the address of the studio along with the parking instructions & arrange a time to meet to show you around and hand over the keys.
Need to Cancel - No Problem
Cancellations before 48hours of your booking full refund applies. If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your booking we will do our very best to find you alternative suitable date.
Cancellations within 24hrs full price for dungeon hire applies
Damage or loss
Damage in the studio – Unfortunately damage & loss happens from time to time.
We therefore require a card payment; either before or on check in of £50.00 (fully refundable on check out) to cover any loss or damage to the studio. And we ask you to read through and acknowledge our guidelines on arrival. Of course general wear & tear is normal however, if all our kinsters stick to the guidelines, we’ll keep our precious playspace in pristine condition for everyone.
